The Organizing Committee is committed to making the 1st International Ljubljana Otorhinolaryngological Congress a true meeting point for our region. We have carefully selected our registration fees to ensure that cost is not a barrier to scientific exchange.

Our goal is to enable as many colleagues as possible—from Slovenia and the surrounding countries—to join us. We believe that high-quality education should be accessible, and we have structured our fees to encourage broad participation from residents, specialists, and nursing teams alike.

General Terms and Conditions of Registration

1. Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the partner TOP Line d.o.o. via email at info@topline.si. Refund requests will be processed according to the following schedule:

• Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2026: Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus a €15.00 administrative charge for handling costs.
• Cancellations received after August 31, 2026: No refund will be granted. Full payment is required.

Please note:

• All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days.
• Non-attendance (no-show) does not constitute a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

2. Name Changes / Substitutions

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, they may nominate a substitute delegate from the same institute/organization at no additional cost. Name changes must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat by September 1st, 2026.

3. Cancellation of the Congress

In the event that the Congress cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Organizers (force majeure) or due to events that are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Organizers, the Organizers cannot be held liable for any damages, costs, or financial losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.

Under these circumstances, the Organizers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and use it for a future congress, or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the Congress.
