Guidance for Authors

We invite you to submit your scientific contribution to the 1st International Ljubljana ORL Congress (ILOC 2026), held in Portorož on 2–3 October 2026. To keep submissions consistent, please prepare your paper using the official author template: [https://kongres-orl-ljubljana.si/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/ILOC_2026_Author_Template.docx].

Key points:

• Use the template as provided and keep the section headings and their assigned styles (Heading 1 / Heading 2).
• Include a structured abstract (250–300 words) and a short English abstract (up to ~150 words), each with 3–5 MeSH keywords.
• Follow the standard structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion) and complete the ethics, consent and funding section; anonymise all clinical photographs.
• Where applicable, follow the relevant reporting guideline (CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, CARE, SRQR/COREQ – see the EQUATOR Network).
• Cite references in Vancouver style, numbered in order of appearance.
• Formatting: Calibri 11, 1.5 line spacing, justified, A4 with 2.5 cm margins.

Vabimo vas, da svoj strokovni prispevek prijavite na 1. mednarodni ljubljanski otorinolaringološki kongres (ILOC 2026), ki bo v Portorožu od 2. do 3. oktobra 2026. Za enotnost prispevkov ga pripravite z uradno predlogo za avtorje: [https://kongres-orl-ljubljana.si/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Predloga_ILOC_2026_slovenska.docx].

Ključne točke:

• Uporabite predlogo, kot je pripravljena, in ohranite naslove poglavij ter dodeljene sloge (Naslov 1 / Naslov 2).
• Vključite strukturirani izvleček (250–300 besed) in kratek angleški povzetek (do ~150 besed), oba s 3–5 ključnimi besedami iz baze MeSH.
• Sledite običajni strukturi (Uvod, Metode, Rezultati, Razprava, Zaključek) in izpolnite razdelek o etiki, soglasjih in financiranju; klinične fotografije morajo biti anonimizirane.
• Kjer je smiselno, upoštevajte ustrezno smernico poročanja (CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, CARE, SRQR/COREQ – glejte mrežo EQUATOR).
• Vire navajajte v slogu Vancouver, oštevilčene po vrstnem redu pojavljanja.
• Oblika: Calibri 11, razmik med vrsticami 1,5, obojestranska poravnava, A4 z robovi 2,5 cm.
